Meet Elizabeth Mills
Elizabeth is ICTC’s Associate Vice President for Skills Excellence. Recently, she broadened her portfolio to include the management of ICTC’s immigration initiatives.
Elizabeth served as a senior official of the Nova Scotia government for over thirty years. Her last position was the Senior Executive Director of Skills and Learning at the Department of Labour and Advanced Education. She held this position after Nova Scotia completed its term as Secretariat to the Atlantic Workforce Partnership, which she led from 2013-14.
Up until 2013, Elizabeth served as the Executive Director of the Nova Scotia Office of Immigration, since its creation in 2005.
