Meet Camelia Mestecanean
Camelia is ICTC's Director of Operations. She sets strategic goals for operational efficiency and to increase productivity, and collaborates with executive-level management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans.
Camelia also works with project managers in the development of financial and budgetary plans, analyzing current operational processes and performance, while concentrating on maximizing efficiency through interdepartmental collaboration.
With more than 20 years in accounting, Camelia previously worked at MRS Company Ltd, a Toronto-based IT company, and prior to that as an accountant in a Romanian Government Thermal Power Plant.
